昨日も書きましたが、最近の大のお気に入り、『ＦＲＩＥＮＤＳ』の
メイン登場人物6人

最初は、こんなにはまってしまうとは思わなかったけれど、
6人全員がそれぞれ魅力的で、大笑いして気持ちがパーッと明るくなるし、
英語も聞き取りやすく、新しい、テキストには載っていない日常会話表現満載。
大ヒットSitcomで、皆さんもうご覧になったことはあるでしょうが、
ここでぜひ紹介させて下さい

＜ 大まかなあらすじ ＞

　ニューヨークのあるアパートで暮らすMonicaの部屋にRachelが転がり込んでくる。
彼女は、Monicaの高校時代の親友で、甘やかされて育ったお嬢様。
結婚式をドタキャンした彼女は、Monicaのルームメイトとして暮らし出す。
　Monicaはプロのコックを目指している。極度の潔癖症で、
掃除機を掃除機で（）掃除したりするほど。しっかり物で、仲間のお姉さん的存在。
Rachelは、働いたことがなく、家を飛び出したのに 父のクレジットカードを使って
買い物したりしてちょっとズレたところがあるが、今では仲間の集う
Coffee Shop、『Central Perk』（Central Parkのもじり。
Perkは、コーヒーがパーコレーターで沸くという意味）で働き、奮闘中。
　古生物学者で博物館に勤めるRossは、Monicaの兄。
妻がレズビアン宣言をして女性の元へ去ってからは落ち込み気味。
高校時代にRachelのことが好きだった、という過去を持つ。
Monicaの部屋の向かいに住むのがChandlerとJoey。
　Chandlerは仲間で唯一のサラリーマン。
人生をユーモラスを持って観察し、恋愛に関しては機能不全、
シニカルなギャグを連発する。いいな、と思う女性には いつもgayに間違われる。
　Joeyは、Al Pacinoのような俳優になりたい、と日々オーディションを受けている。
ハンサムで心優しく、気取り屋でありながら、それが笑いを誘う。
女性をと見れば口説きたがる。
　 Phoebe は、Monicaの元ルームメイト。Monicaの潔癖さに嫌気が差し、
今は祖母と同居中。hippieでフリーター。 マッサージをしたり、『Central Perk』で
歌を唄ったりして暮らしている。 自由奔放でちょっとユニーク。

　こんな６人が、アパートやカフェに集まって、仕事や恋愛、人生や家族など、
悩みや本音をぶちまけあうのが、毎回のエピソード。
友情とタフなユーモア精神で互いを支えながら、刺激に満ちた毎日を乗り切っていく。
